      Application Conditions

      1. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering,

      2. Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

      3. Experience or strong interest in construction sites, industrial facilities, semiconductor facilities, water treatment systems, wastewater systems, equipment installation, or field engineering work is preferred.

      4. Ability to read or willingness to learn electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, equipment layouts, P&IDs, and related technical documents.

      5. Comfortable working in a fully on-site field environment, including field walks, installation follow-up, safety coordination, documentation, and project execution.

      6. Strong safety awareness, attention to detail, communication skills, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

      Scope of Work

      1. Plan, coordinate, and manage on-site work schedules for electrical and instrumentation-related activities.

      2. Coordinate with subcontractors, parallel contractors, vendors, field teams, and internal departments to support smooth site execution.

      3. Support site construction, installation follow-up, safety, quality, punch list tracking, and corrective action implementation.

      4. Assist with on-site equipment assembly, installation, inspection, and basic troubleshooting.

      5. Review electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, equipment layouts, P&IDs, and technical documents to support field execution.

      6. Prepare and maintain E&I engineering documents, daily/weekly/monthly reports, meeting notes, progress updates, and issue logs.

      7. Attend client meetings, internal reviews, progress meetings, and subcontractor coordination meetings.

      8. Support pre-construction risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis, pre-shift safety briefings, and toolbox talks.

      9. Assist with procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, material tracking, vendor coordination, and ERP system updates.

      10. Work closely with construction, commissioning, safety, quality, and project teams to ensure safe and high-quality project execution.

      Qualifications:

      Proven experience in construction management or civil engineering projects with a focus on project scheduling and coordination

      Demonstrated proficiency with Primavera P6, Primavera P3, or similar scheduling tools

      Familiarity with construction estimating software such as HeavyBid or equivalent

      Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for civil or heavy construction projects

      Knowledge of contracts management within the construction industry

      Experience working on construction sites with understanding of safety protocols and site operations

      Strong skills in project management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, or similar platforms

      Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

      Ability to work collaboratively across teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

      Scope of Work

      Key Responsibilities:

      Assist in developing and managing project schedules using construction scheduling tools

      Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables

      Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to facilitate accurate project execution

      Support cost estimating processes utilizing HeavyBid and construction estimating software

      Manage contract documentation, change orders, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations

      Utilize Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and other construction management software for document control and project tracking

      Oversee on-site activities to ensure safety standards are maintained and work progresses according to plan

      Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly

      Monitor project progress through regular site visits and reporting; adjust schedules as necessary

      Assist in project closeout activities including documentation compilation and lessons learned sessions
