To fulfill its corporate social responsibilities and protect the basic human rights of all employees and stakeholders, the company has supported and voluntarily abided by the international human rights convention known as the "United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.” The goal is to respect internationally recognized basic human rights and formulate the company's human rights policy according to the guiding principles of the preceding declaration.

The company is concerned about the following human rights issues and policies according to its operating projects and characteristics:

One. Providing a fair working environment: No unfair and differential treatment due to personal gender, race, socioeconomic status, nationality, age, marriage, family status, language, religion, party, appearance, height, physical or mentaldisabilities.


Two. Provide a safe working environment: The company values a safe and healthy working environment for its employees and has established an occupational safety and health management organization to continuously improve the working environment and sanitary conditions.The goal is to reduce occupational disaster risks and protect employees' physical and mental health.


Three. The company complies with government labor regulations, does not employ child labor, regularly monitors and manages employee attendance, and does notuse forced labor. The company provides employees with smoothcommunication channels and offers a harmonious labor workplace environment.


Four. Implement information security: To respect the privacy rights of all stakeholders and protect the collection and legal use of personal data, the company has establisheda complete information security management mechanism to controldata access and prevent data leakage.


The company hopes that all partners, including suppliers and contractors, will collaborate to improve the management of human rights-related issues and international human rights awareness according to the spirit and basic principles of this policy.
